What we actually do
- Find the colony’s relationship to water and wood — not just the trail.
- Treat to label where a population is active.
- Flag the building defect (irrigation, decay, open joint) so it does not reseed.

About ants
Will a spring perimeter spray fix it?
It will hide it until the next watering cycle. If irrigation hits the cladding or a slab joint is open, the trail returns. We would rather show you the joint.
