What we collect
When you use the contact form, envelope score, or playbook unlock, we collect name, email, optional phone, location, property type, role, message, envelope score, and advertising click identifiers (UTM, gclid, fbclid) if they are present in the address bar. We do not sell this information.
Why
To scope a site visit, email you the ranking or playbook, and understand which public page or advertisement sent you. Legal bases under PIPEDA: the enquiry you initiated, and our legitimate need to run a pest-control practice.
Where it lives
Enquiries are sent to info@frameworkpest.ca through FormSubmit (a form delivery processor) and a copy may remain in your browser so you can see the flow. We retain job records only as long as ordinary business and legal requirements in Alberta require. Phone: 825 747 5787.
Your rights
Email info@frameworkpest.ca to access, correct, or delete enquiry data we hold. Do not send health information or other sensitive personal data in the open message field.
