Structural pest control in Calgary
Structural pest control for a city whose climate opens buildings on a schedule.
The local envelope
Calgary is the core of our practice. Rain-screen mid-rises in the Beltline, infill along the inner ring, industrial along the Deerfoot, and food on the edges of the city all fail in related ways: freeze-thaw joints, Chinook-cycled docks, and cavities that look tight from the street.
Mice move with the first cold nights, typically late August into September. Wasps and cluster flies load south and west elevations in late summer. Ants press kitchens and grade as soon as soil temperatures allow. None of that is a reason to buy a perimeter spray as the plan.
We survey and close envelopes across quadrants — downtown towers, inner-city housing, deep-suburban retail, and the industrial parks that feed the city. Assessments include thermal and moisture screening because Calgary assemblies hide pathways behind new cladding.
Where we work: Beltline, Downtown, East Village, Inglewood, Kensington, Mission, Bridgeland, Seton, Mahogany, Sage Hill, Signal Hill, Quarry Park, Foothills industrial, Deerfoot corridor.
